Alena Akhmadullina Pre-Fall 2016 arrived to the boutiques and online store

For Pre-Fall 2016 collection Alena Akhmadullina takes inspiration from the12th century epic tale of King Gesar. Akhmadullina’s prints for the collection focus on the mountainous landscape that sets the scene of the epic, where peaks soar high above thick turbulent clouds. Boxy tunics and dresses in deep and metallic greys hint at medieval armor while vestsand overcoats are militarized with jacquard textures and structurally sculptured taffeta. Mongolian tribal culture is also incorporated through the layering of multiple fabrics for many looks.
